Do I need a new phone number?
No. Keep the number your customers already know and forward calls to Halo, either all the time or only when your line is busy or nobody picks up. If you'd rather have a separate number, we can give you one.
Which languages does Halo speak?
Telugu, Hindi and English, including the way people mix them in everyday speech. Halo answers in the language the caller speaks, and switches if they do.
What if a caller wants to talk to a person?
Halo takes their name, number and what they need, and your staff get a callback request in the dashboard straight away. Nobody is left without an answer.
Can Halo double-book a slot?
No. Halo checks live availability for each service and staff member, and the booking system refuses any overlap, even if two calls try to take the same slot at the same moment.
What happens when Halo doesn't know an answer?
It says so honestly and offers a callback from your team, rather than guessing. You can add answers to common questions at any time.
Are calls recorded? Who can see them?
Yes. Callers are told at the start. Recordings, transcripts and summaries are visible only to you and the staff you invite, in your own dashboard.
How am I billed?
A monthly plan with minutes included, then ₹5 a minute beyond that, billed by the second. You see every call's length and cost in your dashboard.
How long does setup take?
