Halo answers phone calls for businesses. This page explains what we collect when you use our website, and what we keep when a customer calls a business that uses Halo.
When you book a demo
We keep the name, phone number, business details and message you send us, and use them only to contact you about Halo.
When someone calls a business that uses Halo
- The caller's phone number, the call recording, a transcript and a short summary.
- Any booking made on the call, and the name the caller gives.
- Callers are told at the start of the call that it is recorded.
This information belongs to the business that was called. Only that business and the staff it invites can see it, and we use it only to provide the service. Speech is processed by our speech and language provider to understand and answer the caller.
Calls and messages from Halo
Halo calls customers about their own bookings (reminders and follow-ups). Offer calls go only to customers who agreed to receive them. Anyone can ask not to be called again, on the call itself, and Halo stops.
Deleting your information
To have your information removed, ask the business you called, or contact us through the demo form and we will help.
